Web Slice Gallery

Web Slice is a great new technology advancement bundled into Internet Explorer 8 which allows you to keep up with your favorite web sites' updated content directly from your Favorites Bar. Through the use of Web Slices, with one click you can check updated content of a web site that has a Web Slice enabled. (see examples to the right and video below)

Up until now this was a manual, time-consuming process, where you had to repeatedly go back to your favorite web sites to check for updates since last visit and often, the web sites have not been updated and you just wasted your time to see content you already saw.

Web Slices make your online time more efficient by letting you know when your favorite web site has new information or content available! Internet Explorer 8 automatically checks for updates and alerts you by highlighting the Web Slice tab in your Favorites Bar if a Web Slice has been updated.

Please note in order for you to add Web Slices, the web site you are visiting must have the web slices enabled/coded. You can use our Gallery to find web sites with Web Slices enabled.
